How do I take care of my Crystal Candles?
- Be sure to remove the crystal(s) prior to lighting your candle. They are safe to stay inside your candle vessel during your burn session however, they may get lost inside the wax. If you want to keep your crystal wax free, please remove them.
- If you keep your crystal inside the vessel while burning and it sinks down towards the wick, use a spool to shovel it out. By leaving it inside it can have an effect on the burn and melt pool.
- Always trim your wick to 1/4" before lighting. This will prevent your wicks from "mushrooming" and creating a soot filled burn.
- Burn your candle for about 3-4 hours the first time. This will create an even melt pool by allowing the wax to melt to the sides of the vessel. Since candles have memory, this will allow your candle to burn evenly and safely each time.
- When your candle has 1/2" of wax left in the vessel, discard. You can clean out your vessel with dish detergent and warm water and save it to use for other things.
- Never leave your candle burning unattended. Make sure to keep your candle away from children and pets.

My candle arrived broken. What can I do?
- Oh no! We are so sorry to hear that your candle arrived broken. We try our best to make sure each candle is wrapped tightly to prevent breaking during transit. If this still happens to you, please feel free to email me a picture of the damage along with your name, email address, and order number within 2 weeks of receiving your candle. I will be more than happy to replace it.

Are your crystals real and ethically sourced?
- Yes! The crystals that we sell are real. We do have a small stock of man-made crystals in our shop such as Goldstone. Agate is a natural crystal that is dyed different colors. The Citrine is heat treated unless specified otherwise. We purchase our crystals from a local, family-owned warehouse who has been in the crystal and gem business for over 30 years. The crystals I purchase are sourced from Brazil, Madagascar, China, and Morocco. The owners of the warehouse have great relationships with their suppliers and I'm confident that they are ethically sourced.

My order didn't arrive, what should I do?
- If your order didn't arrive and the tracking information states that it wasn't delivered, we will be happy to either refund you or resend your order. However, if the tracking information states that it was delivered, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement. If you accidently entered the wrong address, we will not be able to issue a refund or replacement as well.

I entered the wrong information and realized it as soon as I made my purchase. Help!
- If you happened to realize you entered the wrong information during checkout, please email us ASAP with the correct information. As long as we were notified prior to shipping out your order, there should be no problems.

How long does it take for you to ship out an order?
- Our processing time is from 1-3 business days. All orders ship out via USPS Flat Rate Mail and come with tracking information. USPS Priority shipping is available at extra cost. Larger shipments will get a free upgrade to USPS Priority, FedEx, or UPS delivery.
** Please keep in mind, if you purchase a candle during the warmer months, processing and shipping times may be longer. We wont ship out a candle on from Friday-Sunday in the event that it sits in a warm vehicle before being shipped. This prevents your candle from melting before you have the chance to burn it. **

Do you accept returns?
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. Please visit the 'Returns' page for more details.
